After pursuing competitive sports at Maryville College and exploring various careers, from personal fitness training to mortgage loan services, Jesse’s true calling became clear—his love for fine food and craftsmanship. After an intensive three-year apprenticeship learning and managing a specialty butcher shop, that passion culminated in founding Jesse’s Butcher Shop in his hometown in the heart of the Bearden community.
